Arches and Eyebrows - There is a 3-part process to receiving your Arches or Eyebrows. First of all, all our window treatments are custom-made thus that necessitates 3-5 business days* in processing time and 5-10 business  days* to manufacture.  Then there is the actual shipping time. That is usually another 3-5 business days, depending on your distance from the manufacturing plant. In total, you should have your Arches or Eyebrows in approximately 3 weeks from the time you place your order. This is a worst case projection and most of the time orders will ship sooner than 3 weeks. If there is a backorder , question , or any issue we need to call you the customer to clarify before the proceed we will make every effort to do so. We will not be held responsible for order delays due to non working or incorrect telephone number , incorrect address or e-mail , incorrect billing information , incorrect size or color ordered , or non compliance with the shipping and warranty policy.

* The manufacturing time applies to materials which are in stock, which is usually the case. In the case where it is out of stock, you will be notified by either phone or e-mail.

Inspection of Merchandise-- IMPORTANT: Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify GW Services  immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify GW Services  that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 2 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, GW Services will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify GW Services that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 2 day period, GW Services will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

Arches and Eyebrows returns- Arches and Eyebrows are non-refundable, non-returnable, they are custom made to order.  If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made within 24 hours in writing, for your records as well as ours. If it can be cancelled, you will be given a "cancellation #", in writing.  If it cannot be cancelled, you will be advised accordingly. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of your request, you must call our office to obtain a cancellation #, if it is possible to cancel. Of course, if it is damaged or defective we will correct the damage or defect at no cost to you. ***DO NOT discard or destroy the boxes that the window treatments come in immediately. In the unlikely event that one is defective, you would have the box on hand to return it in. If we have to supply boxes for returns, it would cause unnecessary delays and further expenses for shipping and supplying the boxes.
